The recently created Dawson River Towns Inc. is the coordinating organisation for the development of tourism activity within the Dawson Region
Comprising of the towns of Taroom, Theodore, Moura and Baralaba the Dawson Region encompass a large area of the activity rich and exciing Central Queensland.
Dawson River Towns is the marketing organisation supporting the development organisations within each town and the Banana Shire to develop the River Festival events, the organisation for the 2012 River Festival is well under way.
